Pendant une journée où nous étions en train de faire du magasinage aux «outlets» de la ville de Kittery, nous sommes arrêtés au restaurant Weatherwave.
Le «shack» original (qui se trouve tout à côté du restaurant où nous avons mangé) existe depuis 1969 et au fil des ans, près d'une vingtaine de restaurants ont ouverts leur portes à travers la Nouvelle-Angleterre.
Comme vous l'avez sûrement remarqué, ce restaurant offre des fruits de mer.
J'ai pris des queues de homards frites et elles étaient délicieuses. Juste assez de panure sur la viande de homard fraîchement prise de la mer.
Pourquoi je n'ai pas pris un homard entier? Parce que j'attendais d'aller faire un tour à Cape Elizabeth pour cette occasion.
En tous les cas, si vous magasinez à Kittery, sachez qu'il y a un bon endroit où manger et c'est chez Weatherwave Seafoods Restaurant.
